Nuclear Power Corporation Of India Limited (NPCIL - A Government of India Enterprise) invites applications for the post of Scientific Assistant for its Health Physics unit at "Tarapur Maharashtra Site", Tarapur Atomic Power Station (Maharashtra State). Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be in between 18 to 25 years for Scientific Asst – B posts and 18 to 24 years for Technician – B as on 01-11-2013. Age Relaxation is available.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Three years Diploma or Licentiate with not less than 60% Average marks in the last two years in Mechanical Engineering recognized by the GOI, Ministry of HRD for post 1, B.Sc(Physics) should be with Physics as Major and Chemistry and Mathematics as Ancillary for post 2, HSC (10+2) or ISC (With Science Subject), English as one of subjects in SSC for S.No.3 Post, SSC with Science and Mathematics, 2 years ITI in relevant disciplines for S.No. 4 to 6 Post.

Selection Process: Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of performance in the written examination Trade Test and interview.

Physical Standards: Minimum Height - 160 cm (5'3"); Minimum Weight - 45.5 Kgs. (100 lbs)
